1. Service Scope
E-Publication Services provides support in publishing research papers with partner journals indexed in Scopus, Web of Science, SCI, ESCI, Google Scholar, and others. We assist in identifying suitable journals and reviewing articles for compliance with journal guidelines.
2. Author Responsibilities
Authors are responsible for the originality, authenticity, and proper submission of their work. Articles submitted to E-Publication Services must not be under review elsewhere and must comply with the selected journal's guidelines.
3. Article Review and Modifications
E-Publication Services may conduct a preliminary review and suggest modifications in consultation with the author. Any changes after the final galley proof must be approved by the author. We do not make editorial decisions on the content of the research.
4. Copyright
Copyright of articles follows the policies of the respective target journals. E-Publication Services retains the right to format the article according to journal guidelines, including applying any formatting fees if necessary.
5. Fees
Authors must pay an advance fee to initiate article processing. Publication fees must be paid as per the publication policies and procedures. Acceptance by the target journal obligates full payment of the required fees.
6. Limitation of Guarantee
While we assist in journal selection and publication, we do not guarantee acceptance or publication of articles. Authors are fully responsible for meeting journal requirements.
7. Amendments
E-Publication Services reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
