Refund Policy

1. Non-Refundable Fees

Once the manuscript review process has commenced, any fees paid for review, processing, or evaluation are strictly non-refundable.

2. Duplicate Payments

If an author inadvertently makes a duplicate payment for the same service, the excess amount will be refunded after successful verification.

3. Manuscript Withdrawal

If a manuscript is withdrawn by the author after peer review or acceptance, no refund will be issued.

4. Publication Delays

In the event of publication delays caused by technical or operational issues from EPUB Solutions Private Limited, authors may be eligible for a partial refund or complimentary rescheduling, at the discretion of the company.

5. No Guarantee of Acceptance

EPUB Solutions Private Limited does not guarantee acceptance of any manuscript. Rejection after the review process does not qualify for a refund.

6. Refund Requests

All refund requests must be submitted formally via email, along with valid payment proof and a clear reason for the refund request.

7. Fraudulent or Unauthorized Transactions

In cases of unauthorized or fraudulent transactions, refunds will be issued only after proper evidence and verification.

8. Refund Processing Time

All approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
